Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or opened, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned or refunded. This policy exists because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
• The customer did not receive the download link after purchase
• A technical error prevented the product from being delivered

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference regarding design or style
• Lack of compatibility with the customer's intended use
• Failure to read the product description before purchase
